Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any Norazone service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Norazone provides game server hosting, including compute resources, a management panel, and related infrastructure. Plans, pricing, and included resources are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor, Paddle, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your service after a reasonable grace period.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to host content that infringes on the rights of others, or to engage in activity that disrupts other customers or our infrastructure, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining unrelated to your game server, or abuse of shared resources.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this section, with notice where reasonably possible.

We target 99.99% uptime across our infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Automatic daily backups are provided as a convenience and are not a replacement for your own backup practices. We recommend maintaining independent copies of critical data.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the control panel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norazone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data or in-game progress.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
